Our Production Bases
Hong Kwang Electrodeposition Coating Co., Ltd. owns two modern factories located in Bangkok and Chonburi Province, Thailand. Our factories are equipped with advanced production equipment and automated systems to ensure efficient production and consistent quality.
Our production bases cover a total area of over 30,000 square meters, including electrodeposition coating production lines, surface treatment areas, quality inspection laboratories, finished product storage areas, and other functional zones. All areas are carefully planned to optimize production flow and improve efficiency.
At the same time, we place high importance on environmental protection and safe production. Our facilities are equipped with advanced wastewater treatment systems and air purification equipment to minimize environmental impact. Strict safety measures and regulations ensure employees work in a safe environment.
Hong Kwang and Hong Yu Factories
Hong Kwang Factory (Bangkok)
The Hong Kwang Factory is located in the Bangpu Industrial Estate in Bangkok and was established in 2004. This facility is our main production base, focusing on electrodeposition coating and surface treatment services for small to medium-sized parts, equipped with multiple automated production lines.
The factory covers an area of approximately 3,000 square meters and has a complete electrodeposition coating production system, covering the entire process workflow including pre-treatment, electrodeposition coating, and post-treatment. A professional quality testing laboratory is set up within the factory to ensure products meet customer requirements and international standards.

Hong Yu Factory (Chonburi)
The Hong Yu Factory is located in the Banbueng Industrial Estate in Chonburi Province and was established in 2013 as the group's second production base, focusing on processing large parts and customized processing.
The factory covers an area of approximately 28,000 square meters and is equipped with larger electrodeposition coating equipment and multifunctional surface treatment systems capable of handling various large automotive parts, industrial equipment components, and more. The factory also features an automated storage system that improves material management efficiency and accuracy.
