E-coating Process Flow

Our electrodeposition coating process follows a strictly regulated workflow to ensure every product receives a uniform, tight, and durable coating. Below is our standard process flow:

Pre-treatment

E-coating

Ultrafiltration Cleaning

Baking and Curing
